Taking part in interviews, assisting with the recruitment process, recruiting, and vetting of potential new employees.
Organizing training sessions for new hires and refresher training for existing team members.
Understanding and listening to various department managers to understand their staffing requirements.
Identify and address employee issues regarding performance by arranging training where required, and discussing and helping to assist with career growth.
Processing various administrative tasks and accurately completing and processing paperwork.
Collaborating with staff to make clear HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
