Description
JOB MISSION:
The HR Supervisor assists the HR Manager in ensuring that the Recruitment, Organizational Development and Employee Relations deliverables are met across all business units. She is also responsible in making sure that the HR TL follows, disseminate and implement religiously the policies and procedures set by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
College graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any related course.
Minimum of two (2) years Supervisory experience in Human Resources department or minimum of five (5) years of experience as HR Generalist or related field.
Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, or Word
Proficient in both oral and communication skills.
Can work with minimal supervision.
With sense of responsibility and integrity.
Aligned with company cultures.
