HR SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY
Will manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. The HR supervisor will work closely with upper-level management to ensure their vision of management and employee behavior is followed throughout the organization; he/she must establish and maintain means of communication (employee manuals, newsletters, and emails, for example) to facilitate this.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design onboarding procedures
Forecast staffing needs
Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements
Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions
Manages and monitors recruitment, headcount planning, employee movements, and employment status
Generating hiring report and creating key action plans based on hiring reports
Dealing with employee grievances and disputes
Ensure that company standard, as well as DOLE regulations and other government agencies, are followed
Developing and implementing human resources policies
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity
Create and recommends, and annually updates compensation packages and guidelines
Reviews all recommendations for salary adjustments
Contribute to the development of processes and procedures
Implement HR strategies that support business objectives
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience with exposure in different human resource facets
Technical Skills
Knowledgeable and proficient in using Google sheets, documents, and other Google applications
Computer literate
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Superior interpersonal skills
Detail oriented
Good problem-solving skills
Strong people skills
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
