JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 4 years of working experience in the same capacity is required for this position.
Proven working experience in the Human Resources Field (Recruitment and Selection, Timekeeping/Payroll, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Performance Management)
Equipped with strategic planning on policies and procedures and best HR practices.
In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits with its implementing procedures, rules, and regulations.
With proven people management skills.
Acts as a role model and leads by example by ensuring all sensitive information of the business should at all times be handled with integrity and accountability.
Ability to deal with conflict mediation and provide objective decision making.
With strong leadership skills
Willing to start immediately
