Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): communication
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Develops competitive and wide range hiring method and ensure effective sourcing, selection and hiring process;
Implements standard recruitment program to meet the manpower requirement of the Company;
Ensures on time deployments of successful applicants;
Manages the posts recruitment on selected job boards;
Reviews applicants, participates in interview process and recommends final applicants;
Conducts job analysis if needed.
