HR Supervisor - learning talent developmentRELX

The is responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating organization-wide and department level training/OD initiatives. This position reports directly to the HR LTD Manager, and will need to successfully brand the company both internally and externally to enhance employee engagement, company culture and talent development.
The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for designing and implementing Learning, Talent, Performance, Career, and Training related interventions /programs across REPH.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Holder
Experience in Human Resources / Marketing * Communications / Training Operations is Preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Instructional Design
Must be adept in Presentation Skills and Classroom Management
Exposure in SLE (Structured Learning Experience) Design, Facilitation and Processing
Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions on projects/products when limited information is available
Detail oriented, demonstrated project management skills and an ability to work with tight deadlines & multiple deliverables
Must have excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization
Strong organizational, prioritization and negotiation skills.
Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge in graphics design, photoshop and video editing is preferred but not required
