Job Description
 
An HR Supervisor manages the daily operations of an HR department, oversees recruitment, and handles employee relations and compliance. The role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and experience leading a team.
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource and Development, Psychology, Business Administration/Management, or equivalent
Preferably with at least 3 year of working experience in Supervisory level
Proven ability to supervise and mentor staff.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
Manage administrative tasks and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data and files.
Improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications
Knowledge in other HR Facet is an advantage
 Willing to be assigned in Honda Cars - Lahug (YMC)
