HR Supervisor (experience in power plant) - bukidnonWestern Visayas

1.  Maintaining, updating and safe-keeping the department’s documents and records
2. Handling incoming and outgoing communication on HR matters
3. Managing the appointment schedules of the department
4. Assisting in the preparation for department activities or special functions
5. Assisting in the recruitment efforts by posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
6. Serving as a point person for all new employee inquiry
7. Assisting HR team in cascading HR information to the site in Bukidnon and other site personnel of the organization
8. Answering payroll questions and facilitating resolutions to any payroll and benefits issues
9. Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
10. Administering loan applications, medical insurance, by advising employees of eligibility; providing application; information; helping with form completion; verifying submission; notifying employees of approvals.
11. Orienting new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
12. Documenting human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
13. Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
14. Participating actively in the Company’s QESH programs, projects and activities
15. Maybe exposed to the following adverse conditions:

Political assertion /pressure 
 
16. Will be based in Bukidnon, Mindanao.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 4-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist 
Must have experience working in a powerplant
Preferably living in Bukidnon or near in Bukidnon.
