HR SUPERVISOR
 
Responsibilities
Assist the HR Manager with the planning, organizing and coordinating efficient and effective recruitment activities.
Assist in the review and development of Human Resources policies and procedures
Provide administrative support for Disciplinary, Timekeeping, Payroll & Benefits administration.
Liaise with a range of recruitment agencies regarding the placement of agency workers.
Coordinate learning and development activities including planning the arrangements for events/feedbacks etc.
Support the HR Manager in the timekeeping & Payroll and Human Resources Management System & staff requirements.
