Experience:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course
-Minimum of 2 Years Experience as an HR Supervisor (Strictly)
-With experience in manufacturing for at least 5 years above under the Compenben and Labor Relations
-Exposure to the implementation of ISO standards and policy is definitely an advantage
-Has strong knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- With strong organizational skills and leadership capability With good communication skill
The company is engaged in the manufacture of molded rubber parts including assembly with other parts such as plastic connectors and metal.
