Requirements:
Experience to work in Japanese Manufacturing Factory as HR
Able to Positively commit tasks
Experiences to handle subordinates
1 year above experience of management/ directing
To be severe to herself and sometimes others such as subordinates
Responsibilities:
Management of Human Resource General Affair Department
Management of subordinates
Liaison with HR in LIMA office
Management of manpower as liaison of shuttle, temporary employment agency and other firm
Information arrangement
Support of expats from Japan
Planning events, scheduling
Other related tasks
