Qualifications:
College graduate preferably with Psychology degree
Good oral and written communication skills
Pleasing personality
Enjoys dealing with people
Willing to extend office hours if needed
Responsible and hardworking
No experience needed but with experience is an advantage

Must be flexible, honest, hardworking and with initiative
Can work in a fast paced environment
Excellent in in using Microsoft Excel

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records.
Knowledgeable in time keeping
Assist in reviewing employee claims and loans in various government agencies; substantiating documentation;
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets.
Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Handle recruitment from manpower descriptions to onboarding
Maintaining and organizing 201 files and HR databases
Employee relations
Conducting initial screening of applicants including interviews
Perform HR and Administrative Tasks
