Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process - from posting job openings and screening applicants to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees by preparing documents, and conducting orientations.
Monitor and manage attendance and employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Work closely with the HR Manager on employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance improvement initiatives.
Assist in performance evaluation and management processes.
Help administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
Take part in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events that foster a positive work culture.
Ensure company compliance with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Provide general HR and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations.
Proficient knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A proactive, people-first mindset - someone who enjoys helping others and solving challenges.
High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
