HR STAFF
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to company policies, procedures, and HR practices.
Handles employee relations issues, conducts investigations as necessary in partnership with leadership.
Maintains and updates employee records in the HRIS system and physical files.
Assists in delivering HR activities and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
Ensures HR practices are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
Having relevant work experience is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
