HR STAFF
 
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, performance reviews, and other essential documentation.
Support in managing employee benefits programs.
Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
Assist in administering payroll, including timesheet management and leave tracking.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and assisting with disciplinary actions.
Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Perform other HR-related tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
Previous experience in an HR support role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
Proactive and eager to learn.
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
