HR STAFF
Qualifications:
A Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Development Management
Well versed in MS Office mainly Excel
With at least 1 year of related experience in HR with demonstrated knowledge and skill in government mandated benefits (PHIL, HDMF, SSS) and Employee Relations
With a good working knowledge of Philippine Labor laws and DOLE standards
Proactive, able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Above average communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written
Can work across multiple levels in the organization
