Job Summary:
HR Staff provides administrative support for all Recruitment and Selection processes of Direct Applicants from sourcing to deployment. Coordination of recruitment schedule with government, school and private partners.
Qualifications:
Graduate of 4-year Course preferably Psychology, Behavioral Science or HRDM
With at least 2-3 years work experience in the same field
Psychometrician is an advantage
Proficient in MS Excel / Office
Familiar with Recruitment & Selection processes
Must be keen to details and can work with minimum supervision and capable in exercising good judgement.

Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
