Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation.
Employee Relations
Address employee concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
HR Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
Performance Management
Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal process.
Monitor employee performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology or any related course
Experience in HR roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge in HRIS system is an advantage
Knowledge of employment laws and regulation
