Requirement:
Graduate of BSBA Major in Human Resource or any related course.
Must have good oral & written communication skills.
Willing to do a multi tasking job
With strong personality
Must computer literate
With Pleasing personality
Preferably with related experience but fresh graduates are also welcome.
Ability to take direction from others.
Wiling to working from 9am - 6pm
Can start as soon as possible
Must be residing in Cebu
Responsibilities
Manage and track the Employee list regularly by coordinating with office managers.
Assist in onboarding new employees with regard to documentation and software access
Finalize offboarding exiting employees and complete all formalities diligently
Maintain set HR protocols for the Job position, Job title, and Reporting structure.
Assist in the preparation of KPIs for all staff
Coordinate administrative work for the Annual Performance Evaluation of all employees of the company.
Delivers administrative and any other related support services to the organization
Responding to client emails in a timely manner.
