Responsibilities:
Facilitate all human resources functions from "hiring" to "firing"
Coordinate with departmental heads and Operations Manager for specific new hire qualifications
Create job posting
Facilitate posting on online job search sites
Conduct initial interview
Coordinate for second interview and/or skill test
Create offer letter
Inform successful applicant about the pre-employment requirements
Facilitate new hire orientation
Coordinate for site onboarding
Prepare payroll
Monitor government remittances and loans
Create and implement training plan with departmental heads and Operations Manager
Spearhead the conduct of performance appraisal
Conduct one on one meeting with employees for feedbacking
Implement employee programs for the improvement of performance, moral and wellness
Help Operations Manager implement company policies
Spearhead the investigation to provide just disciplinary sanction
Represent the company during meetings related to HR
Perform clerical duties as required by the task
Develop and maintain confidential files
Requirements:
Relevant working experience in a hotel or restaurant of at least 2 years
Degree in hospitality or human resources is a plus (but not required)
Registered Nurse
Strong knowledge in employment, employee relations, benefits, training, accident prevention, and government policies
Can speak Filipino, Cebuano and English
Knowledge in MS Office Applications
Willing to work at Punta Engaño, Lapu-Lapu City
