HR STAFF
 
QUALIFICATION:
Degree in Human Resource or related field;
Proven experience as an HR Assistant for construction industry is an advantage;
Fast computer typing skills, Proficient in using Microsoft words & excel;
Basic knowledge on Philippine Labor laws
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Exposure to payroll and timekeeping practices;
Proactive in communicating with executives and staff members;
Willing to work in Cebu City area and can work ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the day to day operation of the HR department
Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Manager including the Top Executives
Compiling and updating employees 201 file;
Process documentation and prepare reports;
Deal with employees attendance records, compile and verify hours worked and post information onto designated records;
Calculate and include deductions such as SSS, HDMF, PHIC, tardiness and absences;
Assist with the recruitment process; training sessions and other general HR activity;
Handle complaints or questions regarding working hours discrepancies;
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data;
Assist the HR manager for other work related matters
