A Human Resources (HR) Staff is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members. They also assist with payroll management, so employees receive their paychecks on time.
Amenable to work in Diliman, Quezon City
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
Basic knowledge of the Human Resource department and its working (at least 6 months experience on the said field).
Can provide office support in evaluating, negotiating, and evaluating applicants.
Has strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellence in both teamwork and individual tasks.
Can work in fast phase environment.
