YOUR ROLE
To support Admin activities in HR.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition:
Create job posts and publish in the application tracking system
Schedule candidates for HR and Hiring Manager interviews
Conduct initial interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Deliver Excellent Applicant Experience throughout the selection process
Assist new hires on their pre-employment documents
Endorse new hires for background screening and monitor results
Recruitment Admin 201 Filing
Plus any other tasks assigned by the superior
HR Operations:
Support Training and C&B Admin Activities
Employee records update
Employee engagement logistics support
POD Training Support
ePersonnel File Project: scanning of 201 files
This is for temporary staffing - initial period of 3 months.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
College graduate, preferably Psychology
Proficient in English
Proficient in MS Applications
At least 1 year relevant work experience in Human Resources
