Job Description
Responsible for the proper execution of HR processes, policies and procedures set by both the company and its client.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams regarding manpower requests, manpower line-up, re-alignments and other pertinent client request.
Coordinates with company HR- Administrators and/or client’s personnel with any employee concerns and issues.
Prepares qualified applicants’ line-up and process them for in-house/client orientation.
Prepares and coordinates all necessary forms and documentation to filled up, and submitted by the applicant’s assigned to the client.
Filling and securing employee’s 201 files properly.
Proper handling & escalation of concerns and issues related to the applicants, employees assigned to clients and clients.
Process clearances and exit interviews of separated employees.
Helps, supports in internal teams, supervisors and colleagues with other administrative tasks.
Participate in other tasks and events related to the company or its clients.
Process time keeping and payroll of employees

Job Requirements
can work under pressure, with basic knowledge in MS Office, good in written and verbal communication, meticulous in details, team player, can work in minimal supervision, good organizational skills
