Job Description
Supports human resources processes by scheduling appointments and interviews, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
Substantiates applicants’ skills by administering and scoring tests.
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
Provides for performance evaluation information by collecting attendance and disciplinary records.
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
Organizes work.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology and/or any equivalent course
With at least 2 years working experience as HR Admin Staff

Have strong interpersonal skills
Willing to be assigned in Ibayo, Marilao (infront of SM Marilao)
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
