Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Provides assistance in hiring process activities such as sourcing, testing, initial interview, pre-employment medical exam deployment.
2) Interacts with and gives feedback to employees, department heads and job applicants.
3) Provides general administrative support..
4) Update 201 files of employees from time to time.
5) Responsible for the implementation of Company Rules and Regulations and ensure safety of employees.
6) Coordinates with concerned section heads regarding the periodic evaluation of personnel.
7) Analyzes compensation of newly hired personnel based on current wage orders and salary structures
8) Administers employees benefits with concurrence to HR Manager
9) Does timekeeping for employees payroll
10) Coordinates with outside organization such as SSS, PhiliHealth and Pag-ibig
11) Interpreting, assisting and advising employees and managers regarding leave management and benefit administration, and procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
12) Administering and monitoring new hire orientation programs including criminal record checks.
13) Handling issues and inquiries in unavailability of HR Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education : Graduate of 4 year course
Experience : no experience is required but it is an advantage
Skills : Knowledgeable in MS EXCEL, MS WORD and Power Point
Others : Can handle clerical jobs, fast learner, knows how to deal with people with
different attitudes in different levels and walks of life, customer service oriented
and flexible.
