- To assist the HR Manager in the everyday tasks of reviewing applications of potential applicants
- To monitor employee behavior, attendance and prepare reports on their violation and commend others for citation
- To take charge in the Training process and development of staff in different departments
- Assist in the processing of employees government benefits and other related benefits from the company
- Graduate of any course in business and have at least an experience working in the HR related field
