2. Must be a graduate of BS/BA Psychology/HRDM
3. Knowledgeable about Recruitment and Government Statutory Benefits is a plus
4. Strong Microsoft Skills specifically in Excel
5. Extremely organized, detail & number-oriented, efficient and reliable
6. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize, in fast paced environment with flexible hours
7. Excellent verbal and written communication in English is required
8. Experience in foreign-owned company is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
2. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
3. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, performance evaluations etc)
4. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
5. Properly handle complaints procedures
6. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
7. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
