Qualifications:
College graduate with advanced knowledge in conducting Trainings and Seminars, and Human Behavior.
Must have at least 3 year experience in conducting trainings and seminar.
The position requires excellent and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and customers
The position requires high level of presentation skills
Ability to manage, evaluates, and delegate tasks to subordinates. Organizes guides and instructs other employees, such as, but not limited to: assigning, checking, and maintaining the flow of work
Ability to monitor and assess or evaluate success of conducted trainings and seminars
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Can deal with highly confidential matters
