Job Description
Maintains confidentiality of the employee 201 file records.
Ensures new hires employee data and pre-employment requirements are complete in preparation of encoding all data required in Facial Recognition Registration/HRIS.
Receives new hires 201 file and transmittal record from Talent Acquisition Department every two (2) weeks after deployment.
Checks pre-employment requirements and other needed documents based on 201 file checklist to ensure completeness and accurateness of the new hires employee data and data privacy.
Monitors 201 file borrowers logbook to ensure borrowed 201 file is returned on time.
Removes all the separated employees from the filing cabinet as scheduled and put in a box and must be properly labeled with separated month and year
Stores all 201 files of separated employees in the container van with five (5) years retention prior disposal.
Generates and maintains employee records to provide HR and other departments with timely and accurate data
Prepares DOLE report as needed and submits generated employee details online
Provides Weekly Update Report of Facial Recognition registration, HRIS update and employee 201 file inventory.
Handles employee verification of employees from other companies and provides summary weekly.
Assists in checking of submitted Performance Appraisal (Work Efficiency) of all regular employees semi-annual.
Files all performance appraisals of all probationary and regular employees.
Checks and ensures accuracy on concerned departments Attendance Summary and DHC daily monitoring
Monitors all HR Filing storage and must be properly labeled per section.
Assists in Employee Engagement Activities
Assists in other HR activities:
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time after an appropriate training has been given.
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Human Resource Management, Psychology or any behavioral science
With knowledge or background in ISO, DOLE and HACCP requirements and standards
