Infinity Strategic Management Solutions Inc. in partnership with Spencer Foods Corporation is looking for
HR Staff
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or any business course
- With at least 6months experience in HR Department
- Has initiative, hardworking and flexible
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Knowledgeable in MS Applications
- Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo Pasig
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Overall documentation
2. Dissemination of newly approved memo, policy, etc.
3. Filing and organizing 201 files
4. Endorse documents to Agency (if any)
5. Preparation and issuance of Certificate of Employment
6. Monitor personnel clearance
7. Handle inquiries of personnel
8. Update personnel employment status such as resigned, end of contract, terminated and suspended
9. Update monitoring of personnel's Incident Report
10. Assist in monitoring of manpower request
11. Preparation of Cash Advance report
12. Requisition of Identification card
13. Monitoring and inventory of office supplies, forms, requests, etc.
14. Such other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by Management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
