HR STAFF/NURSE
Key Responsibilities:
Health & Wellness (Company Nurse Duties):
Provide basic first aid and initial medical care to employees as needed.
Assist in the coordination of annual physical exams and health-related programs.
Maintain employee health records and ensure confidentiality.
Monitor employee health and safety compliance.
Human Resources Support:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of new hires.
Help manage employee records and HR files.
Support HR processes such as timekeeping, benefits administration, and employee engagement activities.
Assist in implementing company policies and employee communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
RN license is a plus but not required.
First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) training is an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with different departments.
