HR STAFF (EMPLOYEE RELATIONS / TRAINING)
 
Duties and Responsibilities
A1.TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Assists in the planning and execution of employees trainings and seminars.
Assists in conducting Training Needs Analysis and identify development needs of employees.
Performs data analysis of Post Training Evaluation results to measure the effectiveness of the training programs and develop sound recommendations for improvement.
Maintains training records consisting of all trainings, certifications, and training bonds.
Verifies and compiles submitted accomplished employee Performance Appraisal (PA) and prepares database/monitoring PA rating of all employees.
A2.EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS
Assists the employee and labor relations Supervisor in drafting notices, letters, memos, and the like in compliance with the company and labor standards.
Ensures maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policies and statutory/local laws.
Assists in the planning and execution of employee engagement and recognition plans.
Provides general HR, Employee Relations, and administrative support.
Qualifications:
A graduate of any business-related course
With 1 year work experience
Keen on details and highly organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly analytical, and adept at problem-solving and decision-making
Can prepare standard business correspondence, press releases, etc
Good time management skills
Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
