Are you passionate about people? Ready to help shape a positive workplace culture and foster employee growth? We're looking for an HR Specialist to join our team!
In This Role, You Will:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Assist with employee relations issues, helping resolve any disciplinary cases
Partner with the HR Generalist to develop and implement employee engagement strategies
Keep employee records organized, accurate, and up-to-date in our HRIS system
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar field, majoring in HRD
1 year plus or less of experience in HR (ideally in recruitment, employee relations, or employee engagement), though fresh grads are welcome to apply
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
