HR SPECIALIST
 
JOB SUMMARY
 
In charge of managing all aspects of the hiring process, including orientation and training new employees. Also help with payroll management so that employees get paid on time.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Tracking employee performance.
Ensuring that all employees are well-organized and happy in their workplace.
Managing all employees' health and safety.
Putting in place systematic staff development procedures.
Providing policy and procedure guidance.
Informing employees about issues affecting their performance.
Ensuring accurate and proper electronic and digital record-keeping of employee information.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
Graduate of Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management or BA in Psychology or relevant field
