Job Description
Job Objective:
The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing support by sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting personnel based on the company's manpower needs. He/she will also ensure proper documentation by updating of 201 files and recruitment database, ensuring the implementation of disciplinary actions, and coordinating with manpower providers and plant section heads for various HR and admin-related concerns.
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
With at least 2-3 years of experience in various facets of HR: Training, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Benefits
Can multi-task and handle both admin and HR-related concerns
Above average oral and written communication skills
Able to deal with people from different levels of the organization
Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Highly responsible and with a positive working attitude
Willing to work in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro city
