We are looking for an HR Specialist for Sourcing who can provide a sound talent pipeline and top-notch support for the organization's hiring needs by making sure that vacancies are filled in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
To ensure success, the HR Specialist for Sourcing should possess excellent knowledge and skill in all sourcing techniques along with exceptional communication skills

What You'll Do
Understands and analyzes ongoing hiring needs of the business and establishes the right sourcing mix in order to generate a strong pool of talent for all open roles
Drafts & publishes attractive job advertisement and manages responses
Reaching out to target talent via social networks and all possible platforms
Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns
Partners with universities, training centers, third party headhunters to drive applications & engagement
Does the first-round screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time in accordance with the exigencies of the business.
What You Need to Qualify
Must be a Graduate of Psychology / Marketing / Human Resources or any other related field of studies.
At least 1- 2 year minimum relevant experience.
Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software is a major plus.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Able to multi-task and juggle several priorities at a time in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Interpersonal and Social skills.
Can work in shifts.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
