JOB DESCRIPTION
 Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Develop training and development programs
 Assist in performance management processes
 Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
 Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
 Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
JOB QUALIFICATION
With relevant HR and Admin experience
Must be fluent in English
Able to speak Mandarin (able to read and write is a plus but not required)
Supervisory experience is a plus
Able to work independently and possess a positive work attitude
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
Confident, independent, and meticulous
Must be willing to be relocated to Makati, Philippines (Air ticket will be reimbursed by the
company)
