Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations related to discipline and engagement.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration with a focus on HR. (Optional)
Experience:
Experience in handling disciplinary actions, including investigations, policy enforcement, and conflict resolution.
Experience developing and implementing employee engagement programs, surveys, and retention strategies.
Experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry can be highly beneficial.
Skills:
Ability to mediate disputes and resolve conflicts effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate policies and address concerns.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to disciplinary actions and employee rights.
Ability to analyze engagement data and disciplinary issues to identify trends and implement improvements.
Empathy and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
Skills in managing high-pressure situations and making objective decisions.
Willing to work on-site.
Willing to work on shifting schedule.
