We are currently looking for a HR SOURCING ASSOCIATE for SOCIAL MEDIA for an onsite assignment.
As the Sourcing Associate for social media, you will be responsible for the overall sourcing of applicants using different social media platforms and able to implement other sourcing initiatives to broaden and widen the search.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Development Management, Psychology or related fields
At least 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sourcing Associate and has used different social media platforms
Experienced with maintaining and updating Applicant's Tracker and Database
With or without experience in the BPO setup but has an understanding of the BPO setting
Proven output such as banners, flyers, and any poster materials using any type of designing tools such as Canva and/or Photoshop is required
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented
Can work in a team, collaborative and facilitates good working between all teams
Committed to deliver results on time
Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
Team player and able to work with less supervision
Good problem solver & a Positive attitude
Detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Flexible with the tasks that will be assigned especially on different department's manpower requirement
Must be willing to work onsite, graveyard shift, and holidays
Can start immediately
