The successful candidate will provide functional expertise of the Integrated Human Resource Application (IHRA) to HR Talent and Organization by providing guidance and recommendations in using the system, handling 2nd level issues and resolutions, identifying system enhancements with HR Divisions, and managing coordination with IT and vendor teams.
Provides 2nd level support on issues resolution of the Integrated Human Resource Application (IHRA) system for the implemented modules - HR Setup, Employee Induction, Timekeeping Management, Leave Management, Payroll, Performance Management and Exit Clearance;
Coordinates system functional issues and resolutions with HR Divisions, IT and vendor, following the process of solution transport from DEV, QA and Live environments;
Ensures that data privacy and confidentiality is handled accordingly by following applicable policy and procedures when granting, changing and reviewing user access in the system;
Configures system reports which can be useful to HR Divisions or as response to their requirements in extracting data from the system for audit or reporting purposes;
Closely work with HR Divisions in identifying system changes based on policy or procedure changes and process improvements;
Handles transactions or front-end configurations that are within scope and access of HR Solutions role in the system; and
Leads or participates in IHRA related projects/tasks which may include IHRA Cumulative Update (CU), data reviews, participation to internal and external audits, and others.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
With at least 3 years' experience handling HRIS or HR systems
With project management experience
Must have a strong critical, analytical and problem solving skills
Must be a team player
Good verbal and written communication skills
Can easily adapt to systems and technologies
