The HRSS Leader is the end-to-end owner of the scaled HR Solutions and Services. He/she will own and develop the overall strategies, priorities, initiative, commercial and communication plans that maximize the value for the scaled Finance Solutions and Services and ultimately the BUs in the conglomerate (GG).
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
Leads the HR IT organization for the scaled financial solutions (SAP HCM, Darwinbox and other in-house applications)
Leads the HR shared services operations - Employee Data, Benefits, Timekeeping, Payroll
Engage with the key stakeholders, business leaders, and vendors in developing the services roadmap
Partners with other COEs to leverage capabilities in RPA, ML and analytics for the HR Organization
Partner with BUIT and the BU HR community to build and sustain the IT HR Community of practice
At least 12 years of related work experience in Information & Technology for HR Solutions/Services, leading HR related project implementations (SAP HCM, Success Factors, Workday) or Product/Service Management
Experience in leading large teams either in an HR Shared Services organization or IT Services
Proven track record in delivering results by working with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Lean Six Sigma experience or certification
ITIL or PMP certification

At least 12 years of related work experience in Information & Technology for HR Solutions/Services, leading HR related project implementations (SAP HCM, Success Factors, Workday) or Product/Service Management
