JOB SUMMARY : PROVIDE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT SERVICES TO THE COMPANY AS AN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE/ SAFETY OFFICER CUM HR ASSISTANT BY DEVELOPING, IMPLEMENTING, AND PROMOTING OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH PROGRAM AND TO PERFORM HR RELATED FUNCTIONS WITHIN SERVICE LEVEL STANDARDS.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
a. Educational requirement : With a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with PRC License
b. Experiential requirement : With at least 1 year related experience.
c. Required technical skills : Basic computer skills, Basic Life Support Training,
(preferably with BOSH training)
d. Required interpersonal skills: Proficient in written and oral communication
skills, good human relation skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Facilitate all safety programs and actively cooperate with health and safety committee, and address safety related issues.
2. Provide immediate medical care for workers in case of illness or accidents in the project site.
3. Coordinate with the hospital near the project site for treatment of workers in cases wherein first aid treatment is inadequate.
4. Maintain accident/illness report/logbook; Prepare and submit accident or incident report to Human Resources Management and Development Department (HRMD).
5. Summarize workers attendance and overtime based on the biometrics or logbook and encode to HRIS timekeeping module.
6. Monitor absences, tardiness, AWOL, and service incentive leave ( SIL) of workers.
7. Prepare and issue Notice to Explain and Notice of Decision for Incident Reports following the due process to all concerned employees.
8. Responsible in the recruitment process of the admin workers applying in the project site.
9. Prepare and accomplish End of Contract notice and ensure completion of worker's clearance for Final Pay.
10. Facilitate issuance of company uniform and PPE and ensure accomplishment of Authority to Deduct Form.
11. Ensure enough inventories of office supplies, medical supplies, PPE and company uniform in the project site.
12. Assist project-based employees regarding Compensation and Benefit related concerns.
13. Coordinate with HRMD head office. Transmit of documents for signature and filing.
OCCASIONAL OR SPECIAL DUTIES:
1. Assist in processing and releasing of due final pay of admin workers.
2. Perform other HR related task that may be assigned from time to time.
