The primary focus of this position is to support the maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HR Technology team. This position serves as a first point of contact for a geographically disbursed global employee workforce and assists HR users with escalation support.
Your essential responsibilities:
Customer Support and Subject Matter Expertise in HR Systems (90% of time):
Acts as primary point of contact for team members regarding process support
Provides escalated user support to end users
Processes Tier 2 Data transactions and responds to employee queries
Coordinates with COEs and third parties on case resolution
Develops and maintains desktop work instructions and knowledge articles
Conducts quality checks and provides coaching to team members
Identifies Process Improvement (5% of time):
Recommends process/customer service improvements to leadership
Training (5% of time):
Creates training materials and train end users on new processes/functionality. Train new system users
Provides refresher and training on process updates and new deployments
Qualifications
If you have:
Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience in HRIS, IT or HR generalist or specialist experience
Willing to work in night shift
Willing to be assigned in FPIP, Tanauan, Batangas
Position Criteria:
Excellent interpersonal relationship building and teamwork skills which are especially critical to our global team environment
Demonstrated customer service skills
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), including clear and comprehensible assistance to customers and other team members and detailed process documentation
Ability to communicate customer issues/requirements to technical personnel and convey technical information to customers in an easily understandable fashion
Strong analytical skills for completing complex problem solving and analysis of business processes and systems
Ability to coordinate/prioritize multiple, often complex, tasks in order to ensure continued effectiveness in meeting the company's recordkeeping, reporting and compliance needs
Proactive about identifying problems and continuous improvement with focus on data integrity
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Language proficiency in regions where required to support customer population
Preferred Qualifications:
One-year experience conducting data analysis
One-year experience with process documentation
One-year experience with systems training and documentation
Experience interfacing with all levels of HR and IT professionals and business customers.
