Description :
This role is responsible for supporting the development and local execution of HR strategies, policies and objectives. Successful candidate will take lead in assigned HR areas, such as employee relations program, local benefits administration, personnel records, regulatory reporting requirements, employee engagement activities, employee health program management, and other areas as needed. He/she will collaborate with other HR COEs, such as HRIS, Talent Acquisition, etc. to ensure smooth integration of processes and streamlining programs on Employee Experience. The role will be a key contributor to the continual improvement of the HR Team's service delivery level and to the site employees' adherence to set policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist/take lead in the local implementation of different HR programs and procedures
Works closely with local HR team and global functional HR teams to ensure successful deployment and sustainment of various HR programs and processes
Support management in the execution of personnel policies and procedures
Responsible for required data entry into various HR systems
Responsible for the processing of Rewards and Recognition Program
Provide support for employee administration and processing issues; resolve matters expediently and escalate concerns as appropriate.
Help drive an effective employee relations program that will address issues, and increase productivity and motivation of employees
Ensure compliance of HR process to all legal requirements
Contribute to HR projects and perform other tasks relevant to the role
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, human resources management, business administration or a related field
At least 4 years of previous HR-related experience.
Good working knowledge and familiarity with HR concepts, practices, procedures and basic employment laws
Ability to handle sensitive information
Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism to gain the respect of employees
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment
Excellent organization, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills required
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Education : Bachelors Science
Experience : 4 years: HR-related experience
