HR/Remote Medical Specialist
 
An HR/remote medical specialist manages human resource functions and provides administrative support to US healthcare facilities
 
TASKS:
 
HR Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases, including employee personal information, compensation details; processing employee changes, such as orientation of new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers and salary adjustments; screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and guiding new hires through orientation; ensuring all operations align with local labor laws and internal guidelines
 
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of doctor's orders and other medical reports
 
Email and efax management
 
Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining necessary authorizations for DME products
 
Coordinating with US clinicians on concerns of durable medical equipment
 
Training orientees as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing and allied medical courses or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
 
Knowledge of medical terminologies and G-Suite
 
Good English communication skills

Experience in US healthcare, a plus
 
Experience in BPO, a plus
JOB LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:
 
Work from home
9 pm to 6 am, Monday to Friday
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS for WFH:
 
Processor: Core i3-5th gen / AMD A8 / Ryzen 3 (2015 or later)
 
Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB
 
Operating System: at least Windows 10
SALARY:
 
Starting rate at Php 19, 000 (depending on qualification/experience)
