The Position:
The purpose for this position is to implement labor policies, and provide guidance to HR personnel to ensure compliance with laws and contracts also responsible for the administration, organisation, and coordination of Outsourced Doers performance management programs to ensure employee understanding of performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals and objectives and performance results.
General:
Ensure end-to-end processing of employee cases, notices and
memorandums. * Sending of warning notices (Return To Work Order, End of Contract,
Termination Letter, etc.) * Assist the Supervisors in making sure that proper disciplinary procedures are
practised in accordance with the Philippine Labour Law and OD's Policies.
Compliance Monitoring:
Create monitoring strategy to monitor compliance on Outsourced Doers Code of Ethics, Code of Discipline, and all other labor policies being enforced.
Policy and Process Implementation:
Assist in drafting policies related to labor relations as needed.
Support the implementation of due process through administrative investigations, grievance management, and by being a subject matter expert on labor relations in the Philippines.
Labor Relations:
Assist in the documentation and evidence-gathering related to labor cases.
Liaise with our legal team and provide end-to-end support for labor cases as needed.
Training & Awareness:
Develop and maintain a strategy to support the training and development needs of our employees on labor relations.
Update employees with any changes in company policy.
Create training materials and other collaterals as needed.
Conduct training on OD Code of conduct as needed.
Knowledge Required:
Employee Relations Handling internal due process, policy enforcement & administration
Well versed with the Philippines Labor Code and dealing with government agencies
Knowledge in Performance Management System and KPI
HR Process Innovation & Optimization
Knowledge in covering company code of conduct, HR due process, stakeholder management, and employee feedback
Skills:

Experience Required:
BA/BSc in Human Resource Management or a related field
Experience with handling internal due process, policy enforcement & administration
HR Experience with a fast-growing BPO company, with over 1,000 employees, ideally experience with HR full spectrum
Experience with employee performance Management handling performance appraisals of employees and measuring KPIs
