The Recruitment Associate will be responsible in:
Sourcing candidates in different channels and social media sites.
Design Job Ads and monitor the success of the job postings.
Regular sourcing reporting.
Involve in the end-to-end recruitment.
Maintains database of applicants per job position.
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related courses.
Proven experience in recruiting/staffing.
