HR RECRUITMENT

QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of Business related course, Human Resource or Psychology.
At least 1-2 years extensive work experience in Recruitment , Selection and Placement.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ability to handle confidential information.
Familiar with basic Labor Law.
Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Comfortable in handling confidential information.
Willing to travel
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement recruitment processes for Head Office and Project sites manpower needs or vacancies.
Advertise hirings on the job online, social media , company's career page, etc.
Sourcing applicants through various online channels , job fairs, etc.
Screen applicants and sets schedules for interviews and testing.
Provided short listed applicants for final interview to the hiring department heads.
Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure they are aware of next steps in the hiring process.
Guide candidates for hire as to pre-employment requirements processing and submission.
Prepare Employment Contract ( probationary, regularization, project base or contractual)
Conducts orientation & On boarding activities for newly hired.
Monitoring Probationary Employees.
Facilitate conduct of Performance Evaluation of Probationary employees and facilitating the accompanying recommendations.
Documents movements from Probationary to Regular through Personnel Action Notice form.
Creating job postings on company websites and other online job boards to attract candidates who meets specific qualifications.
