ü Work with outside head-hunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales.
ü Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program.
ü Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those Candidates personally.
ü Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques.
ü Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.
ü Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees.
ü Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.

Someone who can understand and speak English very well
with experience in conductiong HR interviews
Willing to work on Night Shift
Office is located at: Filinvest One, Northgate Avenue, Zapote Road Alabang
Working Scheduled is: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day
